The Las Campanas Redshift Survey (LCRS) catalog contains 94,959 objects with photometric data, of which 27,021 have spectroscopic redshift information. It was created by NASA HEASARC in 2010 based on data from a CCD-based R-band survey covering over 700 square degrees in six strips across the northern and southern Galactic caps. The survey's median redshift is about 30,000 km s⁻¹ and it was designed to study large-scale galaxy clustering and structure.
