LBA-ECO CD-10: H2O Vapor Profiles in Amazon Forest

January 2002 through January 2006 vertical profiles of H2O vapor concentrations were measured at eight heights on a tower in the Tapajos National Forest, Brazil. The dataset includes co-located eddy flux measurements of CO2 and H2O and a set of meteorological parameters. Data were collected via an infrared gas analyzer and averaged over one-hour intervals.
