Amazon Forest Trace Gas Fluxes from Logged and Undisturbed Sites

This dataset contains soil-atmosphere flux measurements for nitrous oxide (N2O), nitric oxide (NO), methane (CH4), and carbon dioxide (CO2) from the Tapajos National Forest in Brazil. Data was collected from 2000-2002 across two soil types (Oxisol and Ultisol) in both undisturbed forest and areas recently logged using reduced-impact management. The study was conducted under the LBA-ECO project, with data hosted by NASA EarthData and Data.gov.
