Description
Experimental data investigates Licochalcone A's mitigation of cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity. The dataset includes results from in vivo murine models and in vitro HK-2 cell assays, measuring renal function, oxidative stress, ferroptosis markers, and mitochondrial health. It was authored by Feihu Zhang and uploaded to figshare in April 2026.
Use Cases
Predict renal injury severity from ferroptosis markers like Fe2+ accumulation and lipid peroxidation levels.
Model the relationship between Nrf2/GPX4 pathway activation and metrics of mitochondrial dysfunction.
Analyze metabolomic profiles to identify shifts in energy metabolism and glutathione homeostasis post-treatment.
Correlate histopathological scores from HE/Masson staining with biochemical measurements of renal function.
Strengths
Dataset includes results from both in vivo and in vitro experimental models.
