Mangrove Recovery and Resilience Data Following Hurricanes in Caribbean NERRs

NERRS Science Collaborative data assesses mangrove recovery and resilience following repeated hurricane disturbances at Jobos Bay and Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserves. The project generated habitat and mangrove change maps through 2024 and collected water depth and porewater salinity data in areas of minimal recovery. This work builds on a prior collaborative foundation to provide baselines for continued monitoring and management planning.
