Living and Working Conditions of Hospital Cleaning Staff in Brazil and Spain

78 Brazilian and 39 Spanish outsourced hospital cleaning workers were interviewed for this cross-sectional study comparing living, work, and mental health conditions. Data collection used validated instruments like the Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ) and Self-Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20).
