Description
Government of Alberta data provides age-standardized inpatient separation rates per 100,000 population for selected conditions across 132 Local Geographic Areas. The dataset covers the 2013/2014 fiscal year for conditions including Asthma, Diabetes, Influenza, and Ischemic Heart Diseases. It was published in March 2015 as part of the Alberta Health Primary Health Care - Community Profiles report.
