A study by Tianyi Gao of the University of Bristol investigated the role of long non-coding RNA 91H in colorectal cancer. The research detected higher expression of lncRNA 91H in CRC tissues and cells compared to normal ones, and found a significant interaction between lncRNA 91H and the protein IGF2BP2. These results suggest a mechanism for promoting IGF2 expression, indicating potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets.
