Alberta Riparian Zone Map Derived from Stream Strahler Order

A geospatial dataset mapping potential riparian areas adjacent to streams and lakes across Alberta, Canada. It was created by the Informatics Branch of Alberta Environment and Parks for input into cumulative effects modeling software. The data was last updated in March 2026.
