Network contribution area scores identify regions with a high potential for surface water flow into the river network in Northern Ireland. The scores were calculated within SAGA GIS using inputs from the CEH Land Cover 2007 map, Met Office average rainfall data, and a 5-meter Digital Terrain Model. The 'High contribution' category is defined as areas scoring above one standard deviation from the mean, highlighting zones of significant hydrological connectivity.
License is OGL-UK-3.0. The 'High contribution' boundary is a statistical threshold (+1 standard deviation), not an absolute physical measure.
