Description
Office for National Statistics provides a lookup file mapping 2011 Lower Layer Super Output Areas (LSOAs) to 2018 Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and 2017 Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs) in England as of 1 April 2018.
