Description
The LTC DIRECTORY contains all Long Term Care (LTC) facilities licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Section for Long-Term Care Regulation. The directory includes residential care, assisted living, intermediate care, and skilled nursing facilities. It is provided by data.mo.gov and was last updated on 2026-04-02.
