Submersible Surface Plans (PSS) are the first documents regulating land cover in French flood zones, created by a 1935 decree. The Barnier Law of 1995 gave these plans the status of enforceable risk prevention plans (PPR), establishing utility easements on land use. The data, provided by the Bureau de Recherches Géologiques et Minières and last updated in April 2019, maps flood hazards and regulatory zoning for the municipality of Lorey.
Data is served as a Web Map Service (WMS), requiring compatible GIS software for viewing and analysis.
