A series of short field surveys collected high-resolution multibeam acoustic data and underwater video footage of soft-sediment habitats in Jervis Bay, New South Wales. Geoscience Australia staff conducted this work as part of the CERF Marine Biodiversity Hub's Surrogates Program to research physical parameters as biodiversity surrogates. The outputs include mapped video characterisations, co-located sediment and infauna samples, and seabed current data from a trial acoustic doppler current profiler.
