Two MATLAB scripts provide semi-automated analysis methods for retinal imaging studies. The first measures retinal ganglion cell layer and whole retina thickness via user-guided ROI selection and intensity-profile landmarking. The second quantifies pixel intensity variability in the adult zebrafish lens core by calculating standard deviation and full width at half maximum.
This is a code repository (MATLAB scripts), not a standard data table. Users must have MATLAB to run the scripts and must supply their own retinal or lens image data. Use in research requires citation of the associated paper: 'Pannexin 1a Regulates Visual System Development and Ocular Integrity in Zebrafish'.
