Measurements of oceanic methane, carbon dioxide, dimethylsulfide, and dimethylsulphoniopropionate were collected during the Challenger 62 research cruise in the North Sea. The dataset includes 60 discrete DMS concentration measurements and continuous pCO2 and methane records. Data collection was led by researchers Andy Watson and Gillian Malin for the SCIOPS organization during a cruise from October 6 to 18, 1989.
Specific column names, file formats, data size, and license details are unknown. Data is over 30 years old, which may affect compatibility with modern climate models expecting recent observations.
