The lead candidate MeLS-5 exhibited a serum half-life exceeding 48 hours and demonstrated a geometric mean IC50 of 3.9 μM across nine cancer cell lines. The dataset, authored by Lei Xu and last updated in May 2026, contains results from in vitro and in vivo experiments, including a syngeneic 4T1 xenograft model.
