Description
A 2020 study analyzed biopsy samples from 96 patients in two independent prospective studies. The research investigated changes in the expression of 50 genes, including 27 oestrogen-regulated genes, 11 putative progesterone-regulated genes, and seven proliferation-associated genes, across three predefined menstrual cycle windows. Data supporting the findings, including hormone concentrations and normalized gene expression, are publicly available via figshare.
