MikroRAS: 552 Metagenome-Assembled Genomes from Aquaculture Systems

552 metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) were generated from recirculating aquaculture systems as part of the MikroRAS project. The genomes were co-assembled with MetaWRAP v1.3.2 by timepoint and isolation source, then dereplicated to 98% identity.
