Description
759 Metagenome-Assembled Genomes (MAGs) were constructed from aerobic granular sludge cultivated under three different carbon source conditions. The dataset, PRJEB38840, includes metagenomic assemblies, MAGs, and associated metadata from samples taken between day 71 and day 740 of reactor operation. Jaspreet Singh Saini of École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne compiled this collection, which was dereplicated to 331 MAGs.
