Methylated DNA Dodecamer Crystal Structure at 2.0 Angstroms Resolution

C. A. Frederick from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology solved the crystal structure of the methylated dodecamer d(CGCGAm6ATTCGCG). The structure, determined at 2.0 Angstroms resolution, contains the EcoRI recognition sequence and is compared to its nonmethylated counterpart.
