Mo’men Awad Al Tarawneh collected survey data from 504 respondents in Malaysia to examine factors affecting the intention to use and actual use of mobile banking services. The data was analyzed using SPSS and PLS-SEM, with independent variables explaining 55.3% variance in mobile banking use and 60.3% variance in intention to use. The study applied a modified framework based on the UTAUT2 and perceived risk models.
