A 5x5m resolution geospatial grid shows the difference in modelled fluvial flood depths between baseline conditions and a 2004 climate change scenario with a 20% increase in peak flows. This dataset was produced for the 0.1% annual chance flood event using the JFlow hydrodynamic model to fill gaps in detailed local data for spatial planning. It covers specific 100x100km Ordnance Survey grid squares (NU, SW) within England but has not been updated since its creation.
This data carries a strong warning: it is not suitable for identifying whether an individual property will flood, for detailed decision making, or for site-specific Flood Risk Assessments. Users are advised to seek more recent, local detailed modeling where available.
