England-wide modelled fluvial flood depth data for 1% and 0.1% annual chance flood events, created in 2004. The data provides a high-level sensitivity analysis of climate change effects, based on a 20% increase in peak flows, and was generated using the JFlow two-dimensional hydrodynamic model on a 5x5m grid. It was produced to fill gaps in detailed local modelled data for defining Flood Zones for spatial planning.
This data is a high-level sensitivity analysis and is not suitable for property-level assessment or detailed site-specific studies. More recent and accurate local modelling may be available from local Environment Agency offices.
