MODIS Derived Primary Productivity Hotspots for Australian Waters, 2002-2014

The Australian Exclusive Economic Zone and surrounding waters are covered by this dataset of long-term primary productivity hotspots. It is derived from monthly MODIS Aqua chlorophyll a images processed with NASA SeaDAS software between July 2002 and August 2014. The research was supported by the National Environmental Science Program Marine Biodiversity Hub.
