MCD43D26: Daily Global NIR BRDF Volumetric Parameter for Climate Models

MCD43D26 Version 6 was decommissioned on July 31, 2023, with users directed to a newer version. This NASA product provides a daily, global Bidirectional Reflectance Distribution Function volumetric parameter for the Near-Infrared broadband, derived from 16 days of combined MODIS Terra and Aqua satellite data at a 1,000-meter resolution. The data are temporally weighted to the ninth day of the 16-day period and formatted as a Climate Modeling Grid for use in climate simulations.
