MOD17A2HGF: Gap-Filled Global Vegetation Productivity

Global MODIS/Terra satellite data provides gap-filled, 8-day cumulative estimates of Gross Primary Productivity (GPP) and Net Photosynthesis (PSN) at a 500-meter resolution. The dataset is based on the radiation use efficiency concept and is generated annually after quality-screening inputs like Leaf Area Index and Fraction of Photosynthetically Active Radiation. It is designed for modeling terrestrial energy, carbon, and water cycle processes.
