A molecular phylogeny of the plant genus Urvillea derived from 11 genetic markers using maximum likelihood and Bayesian approaches. The dataset combines phylogenetic reconstruction with stochastic character mapping to assess evolutionary changes in five distinct stem ontogenies, determined from developmental anatomy of field-collected, herbarium, and wood collection samples. The research was conducted by Israel L. Cunha Neto of Cornell University.
