MP2PRT: Genomic Data from 70 Wilms Tumor Patient Trios

A genomic dataset from the NCI's MP2PRT program, part of the Cancer Moonshot Initiative. It includes whole genome sequencing, RNAseq, and miRNAseq data for 70 trio cases of Favorable Histology Wilms Tumor, with samples from normal tissue, diagnosis, and relapse. The dataset is hosted on AWS via the NIH STRIDES Initiative and managed by the Center for Translational Data Science at The University of Chicago.
