mosartwmpy CONUS Hydropower Facilities on a 1/8th Degree Grid

Points of diversion for hydropower facilities in the contiguous U.S. mapped to the 1/8th degree uniform grid used by the mosartwmpy water routing model. This dataset was developed by Daniel Broman at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory to support hydropower production modeling under the Department of Energy's SECURE Water Act assessment. It was used to extract simulated streamflow and reservoir storage from a mosartwmpy model run for input into the wmpy_power model.
