Moulos et al. Proteome Discoverer Analysis of Bombyx Mori Larvae Proteome

Six Excel files contain raw proteomic analysis from Day 0 and Day 6 of the 5th instar larvae of Bombyx mori. The data was generated by Panagiotis Moulos using Proteome Discoverer 1.4 software. Three files correspond to Day 0 and three to Day 6, each representing a biological replicate.
