MouseLight Neuron AA1506: 3D Reconstruction of a Single Mouse Neuron

A Janelia research team traced over 300 individual neurons from the mouse brain, a tenfold increase over previous efforts. The data includes detailed 3D reconstructions of neuron morphology, with some fibers extending up to 45 centimeters. The dataset is available for download and 3D browsing via the NeuronBrowser application.
