MouseLight Neuron AA1548: 3D Traced Mouse Brain Neurons

Janelia scientists traced over 300 neurons in the mouse brain, increasing the number of fully-traced neurons by a factor of 10 compared to previous efforts. The data was generated via iterative two-photon microscopy of selectively-labeled neurons in 200-micron brain slices. The dataset, authored by Tiago Ferreira, includes 3D reconstructions available in SWC and JSON formats.
