Paracatenula Trophosome Tissue Images from Five Specimens

Five specimens of the marine flatworm Paracatenula sp. santandrea were prepared using high-pressure freezing and freeze-substitution techniques. The dataset consists of tiled scanning electron microscope images of the trophosome area, recorded with a 10-20% overlap for reassembly. The images were produced by Nikolaus Leisch using a Quanta FEG 250 SEM with a STEM detector.
