The Trinidad Head Line transect provides monthly hydrographic and plankton observations from coastal waters off northern California since 2008. Data includes temperature, salinity, nutrient and chlorophyll concentrations, and zooplankton net tows from up to six stations. This dataset is maintained by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Southwest Fisheries Science Center.
