A gravity anomaly grid for Australia and its continental margins derived from nearly 1.4 million ground and marine gravity stations. The data, processed to show de-trended global isostatic residual anomalies, have a cell size of 0.00417 degrees (approximately 435m) and are provided in gravity units (um/s^2). The compilation integrates ground observations from the Australian National Gravity Database as of September 2019 with offshore data from a global gravity grid.
Data is provided in specialized geospatial formats (WMS, WCS, APPLICATION/X-NETCDF), requiring compatible GIS or scientific software for use.
