Flinders CMR AUV Survey: Scored Benthic Images from 2013 Pilot Study

A scored subset of approximately 36,700 underwater images collected by an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) in the Flinders Commonwealth Marine Reserve in June 2013. The images were scored for the proportion cover of visible macrobiota using 25 random points superimposed on each image. This data was collected as a pilot study by the National Marine Biodiversity Hub to develop a blueprint for monitoring marine reserves.
