NERP TE Project 2.2 - Mangrove and freshwater habitat status of Torres Strait islands, 201

A baseline survey of mangrove and freshwater wetland habitats in the Torres Strait from 2011 to 2014, conducted by scientists in partnership with Traditional Owners. The project combined aerial imagery and on-ground surveys to document species presence and assess condition. This data enables planning for adaptation to potential sea level rise and increased storm surge.
