NESP MaC Project 3.3: Offshore Wind Environmental Data Inventory for Australia, 2023-2024

NESP Marine and Coastal Hub project 3.3 compiled inventories of existing environmental and cultural data for Australia's six priority offshore wind regions. The project outputs include four database inventories with more than 500 publications across 16 impact types, seabed and oceanographic information, and mapped extents of priority species. This work was conducted by the Australian Institute of Marine Science and Deakin University in 2023-2024 to support regulatory assessment under the EPBC and Offshore Electricity Infrastructure Acts.
