Description
Four years of taxi operations in New York City, containing 697,622,444 trips. The data was obtained via a Freedom of Information Law request from the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission and compiled by Brian Donovan of the University of Illinois System. Each trip includes pickup and drop-off times and coordinates, metered distance, fare, and tip amounts.
