New York CHHA Staff COVID-19 Vaccination Reports

Health.data.ny.gov provides archived records of COVID-19 vaccination rates among staff at Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) in New York State. The dataset tracks partial, full, and booster vaccination counts for all staff and direct care staff at the agency level. Reporting ceased on January 22, 2025.
