774 Local Government Areas and 714 Wards define Nigeria's administrative structure in this geospatial dataset. The dataset is part of the Global Subnational Administrative Boundaries collection, contributed by OCHA Nigeria and quality assured by OCHA FIS and HDX. Boundaries were created on 01 October 1996, with the dataset reviewed for accuracy on 30 October 2025.
