Description
Mohamed Zayed synthesized and shared spectroscopic data for five quinazoline-sulfonamide hybrid compounds, including MZ-13, MZ-20, MZ-25, MZ-26, and MZ-29. The dataset contains ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, and mass data for these newly synthesized compounds, which were screened for antidiabetic activity. The data was last updated on April 20, 2026, and is available as a 517.7 KB DOCX file under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
Use Cases
Validate and reproduce synthetic chemistry results based on the provided NMR and mass spectral data.
Train or benchmark computational models for spectral prediction based on molecular structure for quinazoline-sulfonamide hybrids.
Perform structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis for antidiabetic activity based on the compound structures and screening results mentioned in the description.
Strengths
Data is openly shared under a permissive CC-BY-4.0 license.
Includes multiple analytical techniques (¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, mass spectrometry) for five distinct compounds.
Compounds were synthesized for a specific, stated research purpose (antidiabetic screening).
Limitations
The dataset is small in scale at 517.7 KB, limiting broad statistical analysis.
Column-level documentation is absent; field semantics must be inferred after download.
Data is provided in a DOCX format, which may require parsing to extract structured data for computational use.
Provenance
Source
Mohamed Zayed via figshare.
Collection Method
Laboratory synthesis and spectroscopic analysis of novel compounds.
Freshness
