NOAA/WDS Paleoclimatology archives a tree ring chronology dataset from the Tajique Canyon site in New Mexico, USA. The data covers a period from 259 to 22 years before present (BP), representing growth patterns of Ponderosa Pine (PIPO). This study was contributed to the International Tree-Ring Data Bank (ITRDB) and is maintained by NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information.
Users must cite this study when using the data. The calendar year 'BP' (Before Present) convention, where 'present' is 1950, must be considered for temporal alignment with other datasets.
