Tree ring width data from a site below treeline near Nome Creek, Alaska, provides a proxy record for past climate conditions. The chronology spans 214 years, from 165 to -49 calendar years before present. This archived paleoclimatology study is maintained by NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information.
