A 440-year tree-ring chronology from mountain hemlock (Tsuga mertensiana) at Beasley Creek, Alaska, provides a proxy for past climate conditions. The dataset is archived by the NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information's World Data Service for Paleoclimatology. It was published in 1993.
Time notation uses calendar years before present (BP), where 'present' is conventionally 1950 CE. Users must cite the original study when using the data.
