The NSW Habitat Intactness Index is a geospatial raster dataset estimating terrestrial habitat condition relative to a natural state. It is produced by the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, with annual layers available starting from 2017. The index values range from 0.0 for completely removed habitat to 1.0 for relatively intact habitat.
Data is provided in GeoTIFF format requiring GIS software for analysis. A null value of -9999 is used.
