New South Wales Areas of Regional Koala Significance (ARKS) mapping provides state-wide spatial priorities for koala conservation analysis. The dataset, produced by the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, is based on koala occupancy information and was last updated in May 2026. It is designed to be viewed at a 1:100,000 scale or coarser to focus on landscape-level values and threats.
Data should only be viewed at 1:100,000 scale or coarser. Available file formats include PDF, WMS, ESRI REST, WFS, and ZIP.
