A count of individual employees from departments and agencies served by the Pay Centre who have outstanding financial cases in the backlog. The data is provided by Public Services and Procurement Canada and was last updated on 2026-04-09. Cases are defined as transactions unprocessed for more than 45 days past service standards, which are known to generate pay inaccuracies.
