Lauri Vähä-Savo and Aalto University provide a dataset supplementing the publication "Empirical Evaluation of a 28 GHz Antenna Array on a 5G Mobile Phone Using a Body Phantom." It contains 3D surface meshes of a numerical human body model and a hexagonal styrofoam body phantom, alongside 3D polarimetric, directional, complex-valued realized-gain patterns simulated and measured at 28 GHz. The simulated antenna patterns have a 1-degree resolution in phi and theta angles, enabling detailed analysis of mobile phone radiation in proximity to the human body.
The dataset is released under an Open Access (green) license. Material properties for the simulations and measurements are detailed in the referenced journal article, not within the dataset files.
